Just watched the above documentary film on amazon prime. Presented by prof jim al-khalili whose style I feel will be more to peoples taste that some other presentors. 

Essentially its an exploration of quantum mechanics and how these shaped the universe but explained in a fashion that people such as myself can grasp. 

Excellent graphics and visualisations to assist and well worth the watch.

Just started watching - very good, thanks. I like the Life Scientific on R4, so knew he would present it well. An antidote to "Universe" which is just too over the top for me...

Thanks. Will have to use my "smart" BD player as my "smart" TV doesn't have Amazon Prime on it's list.

I like him as an interviewer too. The Life Scientific is my regular listening walking to/from work.
