Help, Neq6 pro mount issues with plug.

Hello there,

I am having issues with an used mount I purchased. The power socket keeps getting loose and I loose power in the mount during sessions. Is there anyone in the U.K., doing upgrades on the sockets? I have seen people doing upgrades but that’s beyond my comfort levels and I rather have someone fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

An interim measure would be to stick some of these on the mount to stop the cable pulling out by taking slack out of the wire, +/- some blue tak over the joint, or a couple of small spots of hot glue to leave that end semi-permanently fixed.

It might help if you told us where you live.  That way if anyone within reasonable distance to you can replace the power connector can offer assistance.

It's really simple to put in a new power socket. I did it just before Christmas because I had the same issue. Just google the mod and you'll come across a step by step guide.
