Celestron Diagonal

Morning was wondering if anyone knows what the thread size is on the Celestron 1 1/4 diagonal tightening knobs. My Hyperion's dont sit flush in the diagonal and l was advised to get longer tightening bolts. Picture shows what l meanMany thanks for nay help.

If you have plenty of focus movement then just get an eyepiece par focal ring on the Hyperion barrel to act as a small spacer and lift the EP above the screw head.

Most thumb screws on telescopes and accessories are either M2, M3 or M4 in my experience.

Noticed mine does exactly this (with hyperion zoom) although I just raise it back slightly before clamping  with the screw. More often than not though I will just leave it loose as on AZ mount there will be no upside down issues.
