Filters for binoculars.

I was wondering if anyone used any type of filter with their larger binoculars?

I've been looking at the new Skywatcher LP filters. For my scope,I use the Baader Moon & Skyglow. This does make a difference.

It's just that the Skywatcher are certainly cheaper and I would need two of course.

Anyone tried the Skywatcher filters.

Glen.

Glen, I have a 2" Skywatcher LP filter, but I've only used it for imaging. It's certainly made it easier to process the resulting data. I'm not sure I actually have any way to test it visually, all my visual gear is 1.25" fittings.

I have the SW LPF and can't say it improves my view through a 90mm refractor. I have also tried to place it over the eyepiece of my binoculars, again does not make much difference. It may be due to the type of light pollution in my area.
