SharpCap can't see my camera!

OK not one to let a download search beat me...

Inside that zip (found on Meade site for SkyCapture) there are some exes for AscomMeadecamSetup & MEADEDshowSetup - I can't try them as don't have the camera.

thanks. I have downloaded SkyCapture from Meade but that didn't help.

I now managed to download the CD contents from the Meade dealer (Opticstar)... but guess what... the driver won't install

 

AAAAAAGGGHHHHH!!!!!

Why are Meade so USELESS!! ZWO stuff works a treat!

I wonder if SharpCap can use the DirectShow driver?  I think it might be able to.  Could be worth trying to install that?

One other suggestion I've seen online is to unplug the camera, make sure any drivers for it are deleted (in device manager?) and then install the ASCOM driver before plugging the camera in again.
