irishbloke
Hi managed a shot at saturn last night. Needs to work stuff out but its something. I used the spc900 which is colour. The image is quite blue ish compared to the visual yellow orange. At first I thought I'd left a blue filter on but I'd only had the infra red filter on it. Any ideas why? Thanks Brian
ncjunk
No idea on the colour but I like the detail and the rings.Neil C
geoff_k
BrianTwo possibilities:Might be a problem with the camera settings. I've had it happen where the object has suddenly changed colour for no apparent reason during a capture session. Could be a stray mouse click or a change in atmospheric conditions. I found the easiest thing was to shut down and start again.May also have occurred during processing in Registax when the RGB balance option is applied.Geoff
barkis
Changed it to greyscale and adjusted contrast a little. It is a nice image. Not sure how it came out blue.Ron.
