Hi I went out at around midnight to spot the Persids I saw total of 7 one was super bright and it went through the square of Pegasus.

I took out with me my Celestron 15x70 binoculars hand held to scan the constellations ie Cassiopeia,Perseus,Cygnus and Pegasus.

The double cluster in Perseus was great as was the Andromeda galaxy really bright the coat hanger and the Pleades Allin all it was very enjoyable ,to use binoculars shows great star fields sorry if some of the spellings are incorrect 10 out of 10 for me
