So I have had these Skywatcher Slow Motion Cables for all of 5 minutes and after the damn thing fell off the a second time in as many minutes I tightened it better and the screw sheared off. Fantastic. Any ideas? Drill it out I guess? Send angry correspondence to Skywatcher.

Its now stuck to my Scopetech Mount Zero.

Try to make a small slot in it with a dremel or fine hacksaw.  Looks like you have just enough left sticking out.  And then yes, a straight screwdriver.

indeed like one of the TomatoBrothers adviced!

As above, hacksaw a slot and use a flat-blade screwdriver. It shouldn't be that tight since you only had a small knurled head to do it up with. Replace with one not made from cheese!

If you have a pair of locking pliers (AKA Vice Grips) you might be able to get a hold on it if you tighten the jaws quite a bit before applying.  I've had luck doing that with mine, but you do need at least a bit of metal for them to grab.  Otherwise, I'd go the hacksaw route.
