Bino tripod and more milk bottle tops!

I’ve acquired FOC, a black tripod, possibly from a Home projector screen, it has a 36mm tube top which I’d like to have a Bino mount head fitted. This would be a trigger type so I need something to mate the two, any ideas?

Milk bottle tops are always handy for when you lose those precious caps that never fit properly, and who hasn’t?, but these two are different insofar the right one fits my tv binoviewer perfectly with a snug push, and it’s a good colour! the other is better for plossl eyeguards.
