Gods, that's the most involved filter wheel to set up. Have to dismantle the entire thing to put the filters in. No thanks.

With the cost of those filters, I couldn’t see me putting them in more than once.☺️

Indeed, but the more involved the undertaking the more opportunity to stuff it up. Not something you'd want to do at those prices.

Take care with the 4040 sensor it's actually 4 sensors stitched together each independently calibrating it can cause calibration artifacts with the joins between quadrants visible. They would have had to have addressed that if you wanted to use it for imaging rather than scientific applications.
