Help getting my ZWO asipro to work.

Hi all, I recently purchased a asi pro from ZWO.  I have a NEQ6 pro and a Ioptron mount. The problem I have is that I can not get the asi pro  to connect with either mount. I have sent hours with this.  Has anyone got a zwo asi pro working with either of these mounts. I do not want to explain what I have tried, I am going nuts trying to get this to work. ZWO  has not responded to me.  I have all the connections in the right place. the App says serial  NOT FOUND all the time. cannot connect. 

Any help would be appreciated.  Just let me know if you have either of  these mounts working with your ASI pro. and how you hooked them up.

it probably would help if you could share some of what you have tried ( i know you want to ) it would save us having to guess what you have or not tried 😀
