Collecting and stacking data

Hiya,

When you're collecting data from different sessions whats the best way to go about processing it as in do you collect data from one night stack it, edit then repeat the same process for the next time and then overlay the images and create a final image that way oooorrr just keep on collecting data after data then stack it all at once and do a final edit that way and blending in different exposures if you have them?

I would generally stack all the data from however many nights of acquisition, just making sure that camera rotation etc are all the same or as close to as possible on each night.

That is just my way of working though, other SGL members may have other ways of doing it.

I'm pretty new to long exposure imaging but I stacked two nights worth of images on the same target together and it worked really well
