CPC 800 XLT startup errors

I am intermittently getting the following error message:

During the start-up countdown after step 27

Err Model Num - 

"The telescope model not be read".
And intialization cannot proceed

Then the handset hangs.

If it does get past this stage, then it will not always find the StarSense camera or wi-fi module.

These are the current Firmware settings - when the scope is working.

StarSense HC on Link: SERIAL using portal: COM3
Boot Version = 3.2.5190

Wifi Accessory Bridge on Link: PTE_HC using portal: Wifi Accesssory Bridge
App version = 3.1.9120

StarSense Accessory Camera on Link: PTE_HC using portal: SSA camera
App version = 1.2.13343


If i power up with the camera disconnected it will the load and wait for camera.
I then plug the camera in and it works ok at this point including the Wi-FI

Note:
It is running on the base 2 AMP power supply.

 

Any thoughts/suggestions?

So it appears the default PSU is simply not up to the job.
Ive added a powertank and all works fine everytime.
