Ideas for projects

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I just wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas for projects to do, as the sky is clearing up and i wanted to make the most of it. Anything, maybe finding or tracking a certain celestial object or mapping the moon! I'll leave it up to you!😊

I am going to reduce the number of targets per viewing session in order to spend more time with my "friends". I want to improve my sketching skills and start recording every target.

My project is to spot as many Messier objects as possible, but I include any DSOs in that.

I've come realise that it's a bit naïve, because most of what i could see is not visible with my skies but  never mind

My project is to be able to get to grips with the terminology and apply it correctly to what I see e.g. really understanding and being able to view examples of 'globular clusters' find and be able to explain the difference between a planetary nebula and other types... Basically learn the basic language and try to apply it significantly better to what I see!
