I have been watching some of the build up to the landing and was interested to learn that the next rover will have a microphone on it. NASA is really excited by this as it will provide us the full Mars experience. Or, as my twisted mind works, finally allow us to hear the resident Martians calling out “Hey buddy, look over here!”.

Billons of Dollars and several Rovers later we finally get the right science package on board 😂
