I’ve actually printed something that’s useful!

My first 3D printing for Astro gear didn’t go well, the Bahtinov mask is loose! The diagonal box is too small! But I’ve hit the goldielock with my Meade etx focus knob. The picture shows the printed part in place with the original on top for comparison. The benefit is that being plastic it’s not going to be as cold to the touch, the ribs give a better grip and the greater diameter gives a slightly finer focus.

The focus knob was downloaded from Thingiverse and sliced in cura. PLA filament.
