N.I.N.A. not loading SharpCap sensor analysis files.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help?

I'm in the process of setting up N.I.N.A. to try, if I ever get out imaging again! I have set up most things but I have come unstuck with the SharpCap Sensor Analysis data for the exposure calculator.

I have SharpCap 3.2.6473 installed and have run sensor analysis for both RAW8 and RAW16 with the .bin files stored in the default location. I also put the .csv files into the same folder as they were saved to my desktop for some reason. However, when I try to load the data into N.I.N.A. it says: "Loaded 0 sensors".

Is there something obvious that I am doing wrong? I've attached a couple of screen grabs.

My N.I.N.A. version is 1.10 HF2 BETA011

Thanks for any help!

Hi Bryan
I also use N.I.N.A. but recently and I'm getting more and more passionate. But like you I also have this problem. Did you find any solution? In my folder I don't have any files with the bin or cvs extension, but json why? In the manual of N.I.N.A. I found no explanation as to how to save the sensor files. Thanking you in advance for the possible answer I greet you

I just tried it here and it loads two sensors, which is correct.

SharpCap 3.2.6480

NINA 1.10 HF3

Default folder is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SharpCap\SensorCharacteristics

There are two json files there for my 1600MM - one for 8 bit and one for 16 bit.

Exposure calculator can reference the two files:

If you haven't done sensor analysis yourself, there are pre-installed sensor files for a variety of cameras in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SharpCap 3.2\SensorLibrary
