Do these flats look okay ?

Just wondered what someone with more experience thinks about these flats. These are just auto stretched in PI.

A lot of the round blobs seem to line up on all images so I assume are dust bunnies ir some form of contamination on either camera or one of the lenses but what causes the really dark arc to the right on the OIII flat. I think there is something similar but feinter on the Ha but cant really see it on the SII.

I'm not sure what to say but this is what mine look like for the 1.25" mounted Astronomik filters.

I used to use Baader 1.25 mounted filters and I remember the OIII was always very 'odd' looking compared with the others but I have no idea why.

Sorry I cannot offer anymore insight/help.
