I have this morning had my SXVF-H9C camera returned from Terry Platt at Starlight Xpress.

Given that Terry would have only have received the camera on Wednesday, he diagnosed and repaired the fault, made the necessary adjustments to the ABG setting, and posted the camera back to me in less than 3 days from receiving it.

Top service indeed!!

I have also been in discussion with terry about bias voltage droop, possibly incorrect clock voltages and scattering from the vertical register shields, throwing a vertical gradient....

he has been most helpful, and has explained or told us how to fix each issue we have experienced.

His customer service is exemplary
