Mars is still up there!

I ventured out for my first bit of astro-imaging for many months this evening.

I did this quick capture of Mars. It shows how much it's shrunk over the past few months. The first image was captured back in November when its apparent diameter was 16 arc seconds. Now it's only 9.3. Not a great capture but still showing some detail, notably Syrtis Major.

Approximately 25000 frames, 200mm f/8 RC, 3x Televue Barlow, ASI290MM mini camera, IR, G and B filters.
