Best mount ever - EQ6-R

I’ve reluctantly decided to sell my EQ6-R in favour of a grab and go.

Now that it’s gone I can categorically say the it is without doubt the best mount I’ve ever had or used.  I know it’s not cheap but worth every penny in my view.

I have an EQ6 EQ/AZ which is very similar, and I totally agree with your sentiments. It will track unguided for 60 sec at 2m focal length (8" SCT) with very decent results.

Sad you had to part with yours - maybe one day you will own another one ?
