I have been going out with my camera every evening when the sky permits to image #5 &#6 getting closer together.

Some evenings I had to deal with clouds but managed to still get them.

Last evening, I had high thin clouds but the giants were shining brilliantly in the blue sky above the colors of the setting Sun.

Opening the observatory, I finally was able to view them together in a 23mm eyepiece with my 8" dob.

Sadly, though they did fit in my camera's field of view with prime focus, they were so far out on the sensor I couldn't manage a good image.

But at least I know now they are close enough so I'll keep watching.

Really amazing to see them together.
