Veil Nebula with RASA8 & QHY 268c/NBX filter

We had a brief window in the clouds over Shropshire last night, so rather than try and go deep on a single target I whizzed around the sky seeing how the RASA8/QHY 268c performs on widefield narrowband targets.

This is 20 x 3 mins on most of the Veil Nebula, not possible to capture all elements of this SNR on a single frame. Taken with the camera in DSO mode with the IDAS NBX filter now mounted closer to the sensor which has almost eliminated the vignetting. Star shapes in the corners are better, but I still have some tilt.

Alas I don't have @gorann's skies, below is a snap of what was directly below where the scope was pointing. I am not a big fan of nebula imaging, but this dual band filter does make it easier.

Thanks for looking.
