Hi and welcome Astrocanito! You have a very lovely looking observing terrace! My dad moved to the Algarve a while ago and lasted just about a year- too hot!  Shame- it was lovely there

Yes, this is kinda tropical here. Not for everybody although loads of UK people choose to live here because of the weather.

I've done some skydiving out in the Algarve, beautiful place, with some lovely weather, especially from the air, I can see why so many would choose to live there 🙂

Welcome! I had one of my best summers working in Portugal. I then stayed in the Algarve in Salema for a short while, visiting Sagres and Cabo San Vicente, great part of the world, very nice!

Salema is a beautiful beach. And Sagres is full of History. I'm glad you spent time here, worth it.
