If you end up with the EQ6 tripod head left over, I'd be very interested in that for my Uni 28

I’ll take the tripod plus cg5 (which I believe is eq5 too?) and the 3/8 head. Which happily allows @John to take the eq6 head?

pm on the way

cheers magnus

Hi Magnus

I don't know for certain if the CG5 head fits an EQ5, I used it with a CG5, someone who has an EQ5 would know better if they are the same. I  have no problem selling to  you but I don't  want you to be disappointed so we had better check first

To answer another question, yes the 3/8 head is included. It's no use to me 🙂

Hi both - I used to have a Celestron CG5 - it's the same fitting as the EQ5 / HEQ5.

The Vixen SP / GP and GP DX plus the Skytee II are all the same fitting as well.

I’m pretty sure they are the same and I’ll take the risk. Let me know the total cost and your pay details and I’ll remit straight away.

cheers, Magnus

Are you OK to  wait till tomorrow? You got first dabs! If you want to pick your courrier feel free. The planet came in a sturdy box so I'll use that, need to measure it though

Sure no hurry. No particular courier in mind, whatever is cheapest of the usual suspects.
