Can't connect to cdc.... Help

Hello all, for some reason I can not connect the scope, I haven't done anything different and had no problem before, this is what I am seeing, ant ideas..?

Sorted it.....why it happened is a mystery.

I had this last night too - was tearing my hair out trying to figure out what had happened

 

Then realised when I had switched off the lights in the shed I had also cut the power to the scope!  

 

Lesson learnt - check the obvious things first!
