NexStar 4SE azimuth motor problem

Guys, I have now problem with this motor, try to open it and that motor in this picture seems unstable, try to dismantle and clean with wd40 now the speed is constant at high speed (speed control 9) :), any idea with this error?

In what way is this a problem ? Do you mean the motor will only run at this speed ?
