Brought my old C9.25 out of storage. Really struggling with collimation and sharp focus.

Used some old webcams (technology has moved on and I'm considering a ZWO upgrade..)

Celestron Neximage 5 / DFK 72AUC02 /  Aptina MT9P031 CMOS

Celestron Neximage 1 / SPC900NC / Sony ICX098QB CCD

Not happy with the images. I need to sort out my scope.

I'd say first go out of storage that's a great success.

From a planetary camera point of view is the neximage 5 so out of date, I'm not so sure as it has plenty resolutions to choose from, it can be binned by firecapture, supports ROI and several other settings available.
