Well... its been a while  :D

But, after some initial fiddling and a couple of nights that were actually clear - I now have the first "proper" image from this lens/telescope hybrid. Currently, I have the lens stopped down to f5 while I investigate a couple of things.  Havent properly tried a mosaic with it yet either, that will be its true test of flatness.

Your on to something there, nice and crisp,

and nicely processed, a wide field wining combination for sure.

some interesting specs on this lens, thanks for putting the info out there.

Main question, is FLO going to be selling these.

Interesting time ahead

well done

Paul

How are you getting on with this lens? I have one too, on a modified Canon 6d. Not had a lot of time to test it yet but I did discover that it's tricky to get a flat field across the frame at f/4. I need more time to test though, cloud permitting of course!

Impressive image! That is an interesting lens indeed. Had not heard about it. Seems to be up in the Samyang class of lenses. Would be a great travel companion whenever we can travel again🥴
