Do dedicated cameras have target specific settings?

I am learning the foibles of my new ZWO ASI290MC and wonder if it has target specific settings when planetary/ solar/ lunar imaging?

This question is because I targetted Mars on 6th September and, after running the data through AutoStakkert! the resulting stacked image was blue. Was this perhaps because I had not set the target as Mars in the settings tab of ASICAP?
