Clavius-731/3000frames stacked.

Gassendi-750/3000frames stacked.

These are the last of last week's good seeing captures, I had to wait 2 months for this good seeing but the DMK is proving itself as is the scope so a productive 2 days last week.

Gassendi did not have much shadow contrast but it imaged quite well considering - 4800mm fl seems ideal with good seeing.

Replied elsewhere, but anyways worthy of another mention, making great strides John ,I'm impressed by how much your improving so fast, lovely shots, good detail, lovely scale. Its taken virgin 5 weeks to cure a cable problem that occurred just before Christmas here, Hence the silence unbelievable. BTW your Clavius shot is showing more detail than mine, that made POW some time back. i used a 5x barlow for that.
