How can I extract frames of ISS?

Is there a software or technique to dissect all the frames of ISS data that has been captured to stack? I took over 8000 frames of data and used PIPP but didn't work..

Never tried but maybe registax or Autostakkert

I took a 6 min video with my D3200 Camera through my Meade Lightbridge 12  inch no tracking and used PIPP for the preparation for Autostakert.  Used 14mm ES eyepiece too.  6800 frames later I got this :

Look at ImageJ

It allows you study an AVI and extract the frames you want to work with.
