reminds me of a tale a friend told me yonks ago, tornado radar prototype with several mods from the design plans. So as part of the required testing it gets bolted onto the centrifuge arm and spun up, cranked to speed and.... crash! It flied off into the concrete wall, smashed to bits 😮
