NGC-3055 The Waterbug - Reworked

MarkAR

Recommended Posts

I've reworked my subs of the Waterbug, combined LRGB pretty much straight away as my previous attempts left me with no colour when I combined the luminance.

I couldn't really find any good reference images to go by for colour tone so left PI to keep it roughly as is.

All subs 360 secs, binned 1x1. Lx19, Rx22, Gx21, Bx23.LRGB_NGC3055_2.thumb.jpg.75feb5f24aa1565a81b1cb821a8514d4.jpg

Cheers for the likes fellas.

I've been following loads of tutorials on the different processes in PI and it all comes down to it being very flexible about when to do certain processes.

The problem I've been having is once I get my RGB where I want it (following tutorials) as soon as I add the lum my only result is absolutely colourless. Not sure what I've been missing.
