Poor Horsie

Imaged the Horsehead for several hours on Monday night, transparency and seeing were terrible, don't know why I bothered but extracted the following from the subs. Spent a couple of hours processing trying to drag something out of the data so thought might as well post the result.

3 Hours - 36 Min's total exposure made up of :-

20 x 90 seconds @ ISO1600

29 x 180 seconds @ ISO800

33 x 180 seconds @ ISO1600

Unmodded Canon 400D with ED80 on EQ5 ungiuded, Baader Neodymium LPR Filter.

Given the conditions and what you were using its a really nice image

Your results from an unguided setup are amazing ... you take the time to do loads of shorter subs to make up for it.
