tomato
My current set up means I can only image a third of the Leo Triplet at a time so here is NGC 3628, the Hamburger Galaxy. It is only 4 hrs integration so doesn't show the strange apparent 'square ends' that come through on deeper images, and the tidal tail is well out of my reach both on FOV and exposure time on this one. Nevertheless, I'm reasonably pleased with the dust lane detail captured, given I am in the forbidden territory of 0.47 arcsec per pixel. Oh, and yes, I should have rotated the cameras through 90 degrees, but its a bit of a carry on to re-align them and imaging time was precious (that's my excuse). Esprit 150/ASI 178 60 x 2 mins L, 20 x 2 mins RGB, calibrated and stacked in APP, processed with Startools 1.6 and GIMP. Thanks for looking
