Leo Triplet again

Recommended Posts

For once my local skies were free of haze so I grabbed more subs on the Leo Triplet bringing my total integration time to 1 hour and 17 minutes using 30-second subs at ISO 800. I used a Skywatcher Evostar 72ED refractor on top of a Star Adventurer mount. The camera was a stock Canon 650d. I also took a picture of the setting crescent Moon before I packed my setup away.

Great captures, Nerf. Try to get some more subs on the Leo triplet. This will bring out more detail on the galaxies and really make it "pop".

Steve

Thanks! I am planning on getting more subs once the skies are clear again.
