stinky
Hi i finally got my starsense to align on stars last night! Great bit of kit, but, when I tell it to take me to Venus it can’t get me that close I have to manually move it into view. should it manage this? Or am I expecting to much? knobby
Hi Stinky, you need to make sure time / date / location are correct on mount, also the Starsense needs to be calibrated to the mount otherwise the scope / Starsense could be aiming at different things. stinky
Once it’s calibrated it works fine when I tell it to take me from star to star it’s perfect which makes me think I have it calibrated and aligned all good. But as soon as I say Venus it misses the time and date is correct I’ll check the location isnt off
