Not bad for such short integration time.  They do appear very green on my monitor though.

Have you tried using the frames with meteor and/or sattelites ?   I use DSS too, and always have some frames with sattelite trails, but they don't show in the final stack - believe DSS removes them in the process.

You don't loose image due to satelites, but instead a lack of knowledge, with correct stacking settings any satellites will be removed during stacking.
Look for Kappa Sigma something in DSS under integration settings (it's important that you got enough images thou, i think 8 is minimum and the more the better)
 

Here's Abell 1656 stacked with settings to not remove satelites and other outliers in the image.

Your image is actually very good except for the green tint, here it has been removed by SCNR in Pixinsight
