Gaps between the clouds were just enough to allow some shots of Venus nudging the Pleiades.

Edit: canon 600d with 80-200mm lens and 2x teleconverter, 30s at 800ISO f13

sorry about the internal reflections- that’s not a new comet!

It's difficult to judge the exposure on this selection of objects.  Not often that astrophotographers  have planetary and DSO's  to consider at the same time.  My god... which camera ???? !!!!

I'm liking the 'wagon-wheel' effect on Venus.

Re: Comet. ....... I would have passed it off as a rocket launch    ;)
