Here is one of the 4 Messier galaxy images that I captured during the run of clear nights last week, M58 a barred spiral in Virgo.

The background is pretty noisy with lots of dark (cold) pixels showing, despite sigma stacking, so maybe I need to shoot some new calibration frames as they are all getting fairly old - I think the L darks date from before Christmas 🤔. The image comprises L=15x10m, RGB=12x5m each for a total integration of 5.5h, so it really could do with more data, but for now I'm just trying get several targets for my Messier collection, so it's been somewhat a case of quantity over quality.
