To support all astronomers at this time of world-wide emergency, the BAA has announced that it has opened up the BAA video archives so that they are available for everyone to view.

Our archives go back to 2008 (sorry about the quality of some of the older material), and cover a huge range of topics of interest. From supernovae to dark matter, gravitational lensing to comets, there is a wealth of material to view.

Just visit our video jukebox page BAA Meetings Videos - choose a meeting from the drop down list and press the Select button, then choose one of the talks and press Play.

Looks like there's an awful lot of stuff there :)

Do you know if there's a complete list of topics by meeting, rather than having to select a meeting and see what topics are available?

The BAA has just uploaded two new, topical, videos to its Youtube channel. They are:

The BAA Sky Notes for 2020 Spring by Richard Mckim

Venus, The Evening Star by Dr. John Mason.

I hope you enjoy these. We'll be producing others in the near future and any suggestions for topics will be welcome.

Keep an eye on the Youtube channel for more.
