Handcontroller V4 Firmware update error

I want to update the hand controller, but it says this. I have RS323 usb converer. I use it with it but stops at 24%

Check the baud rate setting for the serial-usb adapter, this should be set to 9600.

When i upgraded mine, i had that same problem with my usb adapter. I had to connect the cable to an older pc with a serial port and the update worked fine.
