The views through the 22" are amazing I have had the good fortune to see M51 through it it was fantastic.

M51 at the spring GSP is something else when it's high in the sky. Never forget seeing it on the Sunday night when just me and Mike ( demonbarber) were left. Best I've ever seen it and I'm sure Mike would agree.

Cheers James it was a pleasure giving a tour of the dark galloway skies,  although I'm shocked that I've lost 2" off my scope but for a 22" it looks the same size as a smaller scope 😉

Sorry damien  22" scope as denise says 2 inch can be a lot  lol

Hi Jim,

Glad you enjoyed the event, I would expect nothing less. It was good to meet you and Denise again. Hope your head and liver survived - or should that be Denise’s 🙃

Do consider a different scope rather than a reducer for your current one.

I think you said you would not be able to make the Spring meet, so look forward to seeing you at the Autumn ‘22 event👍

Yes be back in the autumn. Ty for the advice on scope already been looking at a 18 " DOb lol. Denise says what liver lol

Trust a woman to think like that !!! Just not like  us men at all 😂

Brings to mind Mae West when interviewing some actors.

Mae... How tall are you cowboy?

Cowboy... Well mam, I am 6ft 6"

Mae... Well let's forget The 6ft and talk about the 6"!!!!
