Images Video Carastro

Recommended Posts

I created a video of my best images to January 2020:

It's my first go at it, and so some mistakes.  Possibly not enough time on some of the images as I think this depends on what motion was chosen.  No idea how the title page comes out a few images in and I should have added that the music was aptly "starlight glow".

I did 2 - this one is 3sec per image.

This one is 7secs per image (obviously the video is longer) and this one is anotated.

N.B. Not completely Deep sky, but there wasn't a forum for mixed images.

Lovely video Carole.

It takes a long time to acquire that many images!

Amazing! Reminds me of those old OU and BBC VHS-based courses where you had to hit pause to read a page of material.... I had to hit pause on YouTube to enjoy each shot! Superb material.

Yes sorry about that, it was my first "go" at it.  I have spent today constructing one with 7secs on each image instead of the default 3secs.  But it makes the whole video over twice as long.  Plus I have added captions to them all.  You live and learn.

Will post up the link as soon as it has uploaded.

Thanks every-one for your nice comments.

Thanks Carol, excellent images there.

And when the video finished I spotted a link to your Levels and Curves video. Very useful. Some interesting use of Curves I've not seen before.

Graeme

Enjoyed that very much Carole, i was drawn in to the images by the slow movement and very soothing music. I feel very relaxed after watching it. You're a fan of the Rosette too i see.

Thanks Richard, glad you liked the music, I thought it needed something soft and very slow beat.
