Quick question! - M4 Secondary adjestment screws for 250px?

Hello,

I just have a quick question. Are M4 screws the right size for a SW 250px secondary miror adjustment? How long should these be ?

I fitted these to both my SW300p and my SW200p, i.e. both M4 and 15mm long - they both work fine. I wouldn't want to go shorter, but I think I'd have gone for 20mm length if they'd been available...

I used M 4 x30 mm computer case thumb screws on my 200p and they work perfectly.

Yes. Confirmed: M4. You can also make adjustment (a lot!)  easier by fitting thumb nuts.

How long are those? The ones I might get (which are also tumb screws) are 15mm long (threaded shaft) + 2.38mm (head)... Seems allright, no?

4cm. Any decent DIY store will carry them. 15mm will not reach.

Yes, 15mm is only fine if you're happy to continue to use an allen-key or jeweller's screwdriver (as I do) to put down the hole, but to allow them to reach back all the way to be proud enough of the spider-centre for knobs, 40mm is what you need...

If you look for the M4 30mm computer case thumb screws on eBay they are the knurled head screws which make adjusting the secondary very easy.
