Cone nebula and surroundings

Hi all, my first post of a picture here so I'm really just finding out if I can work out how to do it. This is destined to become part of a mosaic, weather permitting.

Hi Dennis , well after seeing your work from last nights get together, it does seem we have an imager of great talent.

Superb work, the detail is awesome,Those CCD cameras certainly have a huge FOV.

Well done Dennis keep them coming ,looks to me the bar has risen yet again ,what a fine bunch of imagers we have and a host of new ones as well coming on stream.

Welcome along to SGL Dennis. Great to have you with us. Those are both stunning images. The s/n is superb and beautifully processed. I'm guessing they were with the big Artemis and the FSQ 106.

Martin, I just read elsewhere that you have joined the FSQ club, soon everyone will have one. I have had mine for a month or so and it still impresses the hell out of me. I have used it for Ha, R, G, and B over a temp range of +8 to -3 and not had to refocus yet.

I posted a biggie of the Flaming Star neb on UKAI the other day and when I looked at it again I kept seeing a wolf's head. Now I finally saw the skull in the Rosette. See below for the proof.
