I would like to share with you my last image.

It's my first image captured with the new dual rig configuration. Dual "complete" rig, means two OTA, two mounts, etc.
More than 56 hours of integration time. (Usually I am integrating 25 hours.. now dual rig is working.. )

Here the config:

RC10 with Riccardi at 1500 and ASI1600
Focal Ratio: 5.84 Resolution: 0.54"x0.54" per pixel Field of View: 0.69° x 0.52° Dawes Limit: 0.46 arc/secs
TS107 with flattener at 700mm and IMX183
Focal Ratio: 6.54 Resolution: 0.71"x0.71" per pixel Field of View: 1.08° x 0.72° Dawes Limit: 1.08 arc/secs

Ha and rgb from the RC10 and Sii / Oiii from the TS107

That is very good. I really like some of the subtle details on and in the bubble that can get blown out.

Why did you choose to go down the dual route as I am guessing you have better skies than in UK?, at least more reliable skies. Were you tempted to load both scopes into the Mesu? I ask as I went down the multi-scope approach purely as a weather beater and am always interested to hear what and why others chose that route.

Yes, no doubt, I think we have better skies here. (you could check it on my info page at https://cloud.carballada.com/photo specially the "allsky keograms" or the "RMS filedsums" could give you an idea :D)

My final setup maybe is a dual rig on the Mesu, for the moment I prefer the versatility of use two different mounts (I am interested on asteroids also and I could do it after the Sii/Oii Narrow Band frames). Will see if finally I invest on a specific scope for rocks and move the TS107 to the Mesu but the complexity of running two OTA in one mount (capture software, dithering, lack of flexibility) maybe not worth the effort.

If you look on the total integration time (56 hours) and you know that I only take frames when the target is minimum at 45º alt with no moon... you are running out of time very easily. On my site with my weather is so much complex to go further of 30 hours with only one camera working on a target.

I hope I help you :D
