I looking out at sky and it like having 2 Suns if you hold a hand out put the fingers apart that how fare apart the 2 look.

Sun Dog.

With frost crystals at higher altitudes, all manner  of phenomena are created.   I nicked this off the internet..

Yep.. sun dog... which reminds me I had a cracking "display" in August, never got round to posting an image..

A few feature in these..

Upper tangent arc, circumzenithal arc,  upper suncave arc..

Nothing on show in Leeds at the moment though..

I see it like this and when I went out side and see the Sun to my left , thinking what is that then.

As others have said, it's part of a sundog. Fairly common to see that part of them to be honest. I've seen what you posted many many times from SE UK. If you ever see that again, look above the sun at about the same distance, you might get lucky and see a rainbow streak. 

Now, seeing something like the other image posted would be fricking amazing.
