Ok, this post is not for the real scientists but for all of us others who just marvel at what goes on up there.

Did you know that over the course of it's entire main sequence, the Sun will emit approximately 1.5 googol photons?

(I actually calculated that once...)

Thanks Steve, I've often pondered Saturn floating in a bath and how it would float - not the bit about Saturn floating, density etc but where would you get a bath that big and then trying to stuff Saturn into the bath would certainly have some dire consequences for the earth
